For more than 30 years, the MKT brand has stood for the highest quality and innovative fastening solutions made in Germany. As a specialist in anchors installed in concrete, we develop and manufacture a complete product range for professional applications. We supply our high-performance products to customers all over the world.

We manufacture in Germany; the raw materials are sourced from Germany and neighboring EU countries. Our high level of vertical integration and supply chain security ensure reliable production and consistently high quality, and allow us to respond quickly and flexibly to customer requirements. Our goal is to deliver all products listed in our catalog within three weeks.
Close cooperation with our customers forms the basis of our success. We understand their requirements and provide efficient solutions as well as first-class technical support. Our in-house developed design software, MKT Anchor Design, can be used free of charge by planners and customers alike to achieve optimal results for their projects.
Innovative solutions and modern manufacturing technologies enable us to actively shape technological progress and produce cost-effective products for our customers. We continuously invest in product development and in the expansion of our production site. Sustainable and resource-efficient manufacturing processes are an integral part of our corporate philosophy. Our production facility, which will commence operations in 2025, was built to the highest energy-efficiency standards and has been certified by the DGNB as particularly sustainable.

At MKT, our employees are at the heart of our success. Today, more than 250 people work at our site in Weilerbach, Rhineland-Palatinate. With expertise, passion, and a strong commitment to quality, they drive the development and production of anchors.
Dedicated professionals in purchasing, product development, production, sales, application engineering, as well as quality management and IT work every day to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of our high-quality products. As diverse as the tasks are, so too are our employees; only through openness are we able to attract talent from a wide range of backgrounds and establish ourselves as an attractive employer.
Flat hierarchies and open communication shape our corporate culture. Every team member contributes their expertise to the continued development of the MKT brand. Through continuous training and close cooperation with authorities and partners, we ensure that our products always meet the latest requirements in construction and fastening technology.
Part of our assembly and packaging work is carried out by the Westpfalz Workshops, a social organization with which MKT has enjoyed a long-standing partnership. The workshops employ people with disabilities, supporting their professional and social integration. Through their work, they make a valuable contribution to our success.
Unsere Geschäftsleitung – Kontinuität und Weitsicht
MKT has been one of the leading companies in the anchor industry for more than three decades. At the helm of the company is an experienced management team that has been leading the business in its second generation with strategic foresight and in-depth industry expertise.
Lore Weustenhagen, together with her brother Hans Warnke, founded the company in 1990. Since then, she has led the business with strong entrepreneurial instinct and vision, building MKT into one of the major manufacturers of fastening technology. Her focus on quality, safety, and continuous development has had a lasting impact on the MKT brand and successfully positioned it in the market.
Since 2015, Stefan Weustenhagen has been strengthening the management team as part of the second generation. With more than twenty years of service at the company, he is familiar with all areas of the business—from development and production to technical support. His commitment is focused on modernizing production processes and further developing the product portfolio to meet the growing demands of the construction and fastening industry.
Hubert Kaiser has also been a member of the management team since 2015, following many years of service as Head of Sales at MKT. With his extensive industry knowledge, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development and driving the expansion into new market segments as well as the internationalization of the business.
